You'll join the marketing team, who work closely and collaboratively across all our paid and organic marketing channels. Prepare to be busy, as our marketing department is pioneering our international expansion across Europe and beyond. You’ll work together with content marketers, digital marketers and our Head of Marketing to make it happen. 

As this role is also focused on servicing our clients and is product-centric, you will also work closely with the customer success team.

Up for the challenge?

Your role will be primarily focused on fulfilling our engagement service for our client base. This involves content creation and servicing the accounts of our customers, very similar to the way an agency would work. This will include refining their campaigns, rewards, forms, promotional materials, and more.

Ideally, you are familiar with creating email flows and general content creation, along with being familiar with best practices for forms and data collection, loyalty programs, and customer engagement.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Helping our clients with content to promote their programs.
• Creating content for their email campaigns.
• Configuring automated campaigns based on triggers.
• Assisting in configuring aspects of their programs for them such as rewards, tiers, or forms.
• Analyzing their user data to help with segmentation & personalization efforts.
