Our product team consists of a tightly knit group of around fifteen highly motivated and talented developers and UX designers. Most days, we work from our office in Maarssen, as we like to work together – and this enables us to have drinks after work (not limited to Fridays) – though remote working is an option as well. We work in two-weeks sprints in an adapted, less intensive form of scrum, which works well for us.

As a Back-end Developer, you will be working on building innovative, scalable solutions for a platform that handles many loyalty- and gift card transactions per second for thousands of companies all over the world (12 countries and counting). The product suite which you will be improving consists of:

• Our loyalty solution
• Our gift card and prepaid solutions
• Our marketing tool
• Our automations tool
• Our widgets and forms
• Our public API's
• Our statistics tools
• Whatever else you come up with

• A WO/university thinking level, with strong analytical skills
• At least two years of working experience as a back-end developer
• Experience with PHP, Laravel, MySQL
• Nice to have: experience with Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform
• A flexible team player, who likes to solve problems and gets motivated by building great products and features
• A leader who can coach their team, manage projects and communicate with stakeholders from various departments
• An excellent command of English and preferably, both written and spoken
