You’ll be joining the youngest team in the company. Our UX/Design team is all about the visuals, which means working across our website, dashboard, marketing channels and beyond to make sure we’re sending all the right messages. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in defining our brand image and direction. Could you be the mastermind behind the next big brand?

• You will conceptualize, design and create the user experience of all of our products. Think of our website, apps and dashboard.
• You will create user-friendly interfaces based on data user research
• You will visualize new products and functionalities, work on our landing pages, dashboards and apps 
• You will be connecting business needs and user centricity into amazing solutions by working together with designers, marketeers and developers
• Coaching and growing the designers in the team (graphic & jr. designers)
• Also we like to use your creativity for our printed and digital media (like socials, photography, gifs)

We are looking for a designer who is experienced with UX/UI and who likes to be involved in other design related activities. 

• You have strong analytical skills. Ideally you have an University degree in a relevant field 
• You have the ability to quickly learn and multi-task projects
• You are creative and like to think out of the box
• You are result oriented and you are experienced making analyses on the basis of KPI’s
• You have an excellent command of Dutch and English 
• You know how to use programs like Figma and Adobe
• You are curious, data driven and proactive 
• You have 3+ years UX/UI experience
• You know how to coach and inspire your teammembers
• You understand the language our developers speak
