We’re Piggy
We are Piggy, number 11 of the fastest growing Saas scale-ups in the Netherlands. We’re on a mission to build better relationships between business and people as European market leader for customer and employee loyalty software. Every day, we’re enhancing the customer experience and employee engagement across our clients’ organizations. We do this with a team of 50 international talents across the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and the UK.
Your team
You will play a vital and central role in our organisation as part of the People team. You will ensure that our team is a close-knit community where everyone can utilize their qualities, everybody feels welcome and you will be taking care of our team. We thrive when our people thrive, so it's an important job!

In this role you really need to have affinity with hospitality, be welcoming and people focused. Furthermore, we want you to contribute to Piggy with new and creative ideas to further develop our culture and community and be hands on. So we ask you to take full responsibility on all these aspects.
Furthermore:
- You have a relevant diploma or bachelor degree
- You have excellent socials skills
- You have great organizational skills
- You are a teamplayer
- You know how to prioritize your tasks
- You are proficient in Dutch and English
