Your team
You will be part of our People Team. With this team you'll make sure that Piggy is the best company to work for. The team's focus is on maximizing employee value via talent acquisition, employee onboarding, employee rewarding (our own tool), employee experience and culture.
Your mission
We can only reach our company goals if we have the right talented people at the right positions. Therefore, you'll be focussing on:
- Developing implementing the best possible (international) recruitment strategy
- Optimizing our sourcing tools
- Negotiating contracts
- Reach outs
- Interviewing ad assessing prospective applicants and matching them with our vacancies
- Candidate screening
