Our product team consists of a tightly knit group of around fifteen highly motivated, talented, and diverse developers and UX designers. Most days, we work from our office in Maarssen, as we like to work together – and this enables us to have drinks after work (not limited to Fridays) – but partially remote work is definitely an option as well. We work in two-weeks sprints in an adapted, lightweight form of scrum (basically fewer meetings), which works well for us.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be working on building innovative, scalable solutions for a platform that handles many marketing activities and loyalty- and gift card transactions per second for thousands of companies all over the world. The product suite which you will be improving consists of:

• Means of data attraction
• Engagement tools
• Loyalty features
• Gift card and prepaid solutions
• Emailing and branding
• Automations and customer journeys
• Whatever else you come up with

• A WO/university thinking level – no specific degree required
• At least two years of working experience as a full stack developer, preferably ±4-5 years+
• Experience with (some of the following:) React, TypeScript, Webpack
• Experience with (some of the following:) PHP, Laravel, MySQL, Kubernetes, Docker, Google Cloud Platform
• A flexible team player, who likes to solve problems and gets motivated by building great products and features
• Energetic, proactive, motivated and venturous. You don't like to sit back and wait for someone to tell you what to do, but you want to spend your time taking the product, team & company to the next level.
• Likes to work on a broad spectrum of responsibilities and tasks. Preferably also has some aspirations to engage in either some team management, product/project management, or DevOps. 
• Someone who can coach their teammates, manage projects and communicate with stakeholders from various departments
• An excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
