We’re Piggy
We are Piggy, number 11 of the fastest growing Saas scale-ups in the Netherlands. We’re on a mission to build better relationships between business and people as European market leader for customer and employee loyalty software. Every day, we’re enhancing the customer experience and employee engagement across our clients’ organizations. We do this with a team of 50 international talents across the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and the UK.
Your team
You will play a vital and central role in our organisation. For now this is a one man team, but you will be in close contact and collaborate with all our teams.
Your mission
You will ensure that our team is a close-knit community where everyone can utilize their qualities, everybody feels welcome and supported. We thrive when our people thrive, so it's an important job! What you will be doing:
- HR: Supervise, conduct and organize evaluation and performance meetings, optimizing our organizational structure
- Recruitment: employer branding, updating careerpage, sourcing for new colleagues and organizing the hiring process
- Responsible for all our HR administration
- Processing employee data, updating HR policies and implement data driven HR & Recruitment workflows
- Assisting in the payroll process
- Organizing internal events
Who you are

Our ideal candidate knows how to handle HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Furthermore, we want you to contribute to Piggy with new and creative ideas to further develop our culture and community and be hands on. So we ask you to take full responsibility on all these aspects.
Also:
- You have excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong communication and people skills
- You are proactive and a self starter
- You like to take responsibility
- You are decisive and convincing
- 3 - 4 years relevant work experience
- Preferably experience with HR Software
- You are proficient in Dutch and English
